Running the full gamut in onboarding productivity

Nucleus reviewed its archive of analyses into the return on investment (ROI) of technology deployments and found productivity gains run the gamut in onboarding. Onboarding intersects directly with the epicenter of human capital management (HCM), where Nucleus’s analysis finds better technology spurring significant administrative gains in productivity—ROI from automation alone can be several hundred percent. But gains can be of a higher quality and level of sophistication, too, to yield greater long-term value for the organization.
