Logile advances connected store operations with AI at Connect 2026
At Connect 2026 in Scottsdale, Arizona, Logile presented its vision for connected store operations, built around one forecast and one platform that links workforce, Fresh, inventory, and store execution through a shared AI-powered demand signal. The largest announcement was AURA, Logile’s retail AI layer, with agents for scheduling, employee self-service, forecasting, production, markdowns, inventory, and analytics that can inform, recommend, or act within guardrails each retailer sets. The Enterprise Productivity Simulator and Long-Term Staff Planning move decisions further upstream, letting retailers test operational changes and identify workforce gaps months before they reach the store, while new Fresh capabilities tie production planning, shrink, and markdowns to the same demand signal. For customers, the shift is from managing store functions separately to connecting how the store plans and executes. Finance and operations can work from the same labor model, HR can act on skill and staffing gaps before shifts go unfilled, fresh teams can respond earlier to production and margin risks, and store managers can spend less time reconciling reports and more time acting on prioritized recommendations.
