Duncan has a M.S. in Finance from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and a B.A. in Economics and Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University, where he also played college football. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, going to the beach, scuba diving, outdoor sports, and traveling.
