Nucleus Research conducted in-depth interviews with current Hubspot Marketing customers to better understand what drives them to choose the solution. Nucleus found that Hubspot stood out as a competitive alternative to some of the larger players in the marketing software space, as it offers similarly high functionality on a small to medium sized business (SMB) level, while distinguishing itself with its cost effectiveness, website platform, usability, and thought leadership. Nucleus identified these distinguishing characteristics to be the key drivers for adoption of Hubspot Marketing.
