In a survey of 45 current HubSpot Marketing customers, Nucleus found that 40 percent expect to leave for a competing solution within the next two years. There is a gap between HubSpot’s direction and its customers’ needs. Customers implement HubSpot when they are looking for an all-in-one, easy to use marketing solution, but as they scale and begin to require more advanced functionality, HubSpot struggles to support them.
