Apttus extends the value of edge CRM
Apttus’ incentive compensation management (ICM) solution for enterprises, released August 22, extends the value of edge customer relationship management (CRM). Nucleus found that edge applications like quote-to-cash and incentive compensation deliver 4.2 times the return on investment (ROI) of core CRM. By integrating quote-to-cash (QTC) and incentive compensation applications on the same platform and under a common data model, Apttus ICM further extends the value of edge CRM by allowing companies to embed incentives throughout their business process.
