Ceridian Focuses on Retail’s Frontline

As companies employing hourly workers face increasing voluntary turnover, solutions that allow for greater flexibility in scheduling and payroll management are essential for employee retention and operational efficiency. Nucleus examined a retail deployment of Ceridian Dayforce and the benefits of its adoption from the perspective of both managers and employees. Upon conducting interviews with end-users, Nucleus found that Dayforce reduced time spent on weekly schedule building by 75 percent, enabling managers to focus on activities that provide greater value to the organization, such as interacting with customers.
