Ceridian releases Dayforce Recruiting

On May 21, 2014, Ceridian announced the release of Dayforce Recruiting, expanding Dayforce HCM to include the full capabilities of talent acquisition. Ceridian Dayforce HCM currently provides customers with automated functionality for workforce management and core HR, and access to Ceridian’s outsourced payroll provisions. The addition of recruiting gives customers a complete application suite developed on a single-source code that spans the three core competencies of human capital management. Single source deployments eliminate the need for solution integration maintenance and consolidate multiple data sets into one database for increased accessibility.
