One in three Kronos customers has not achieved a positive ROI

Kronos has managed to sustain a significant and growing customer base in a market that is rapidly favoring integrated or native application suites over point solutions. To better understand this trend, Nucleus looked at the deployments of established customers featured on Kronos’s Web site to determine the reasons they considered the vendor’s solutions, what their expectations were, and what the actual benefits were following deployment. In our analysis, Nucleus found that one in three Kronos customers did not feel they had achieved a positive ROI and that approximately one in ten would not deploy the solution again.
