The golden age of third-party support
Rimini Street and other third-party enterprise resource planning (ERP) support providers are entering a Golden Age. Despite its civil trial with Oracle, Rimini Street experienced a 37 percent increase in revenue in fiscal year 2015. With confirmation of the legality of third-party support and clarification of permitted support processes, the growth trend is set to continue. Nucleus predicts that customers will use the savings gained from switching to third-party ERP support to accelerate their move to cloud-based solutions.
