IBM brings social media analysis to the masses

On December 9, IBM announced the release of IBM Watson Analytics for Social Media. Nucleus tried the new feature and found that it offers business increased usability and new capabilities developed specifically for social media analysis. Not only will this announcement increase adoption by at least 10-20 percent, but it will also increase stickiness by giving users a reason to use the solution on a daily or weekly basis.
