Ultimate Software releases new compensation management solution

On June 15, 2014, Ultimate Software announced enhancements to its cloud-based HCM application suite, UltiPro. The updates include expansion of the solution’s talent analytics, general availability of UltiPro Recruiting, and a new compensation management product. The talent management updates continue Ultimate Software’s history in talent management and automation of supporting core HR processes, and as a result, come as no surprise. The rollout of compensation management, however, adds to the company’s shift toward providing more financial-based value measures for customers who need full HCM capabilities backed by financial reporting.
