Demandbase Acquires InsideView and DemandMatrix

Demandbase announced the acquisitions of InsideView, a data and marketing intelligence platform, and DemandMatrix, a supplier of AI-powered Technographics and Intent Data intelligence. Demandbase subsequently launched its new Sales Intelligence Cloud and Data Cloud based on the two companies’ proprietary technologies. The acquisition of these companies will further expand the functionality of the Demandbase One platform and provide marketing and sales with a complete “one-stop-shop” for quality data and sales-related insights. Nucleus predicts that future Sales Intelligence Cloud and Data Cloud customers will increase sales productivity, improve market visibility, and increase data quality.
