At SugarCON in June, SugarCRM announced further development capabilities that will accelerate time to value for customers hoping to achieve the goal of supporting cross-company processes from the customer’s viewpoint. Official release of Sugar’s mobile software developer kit (SDK) was met with enthusiasm by customers looking to leverage the productivity gains (which typically average 14 percent) driven by adding real mobile access to sales force automation (SFA).
