The platform provides hundreds of built-in integrations for applications across nineteen different categories like e-commerce, social media, and analytics. Mailchimp’s solution acts as a centralized hub for users to collect and utilize marketing data and offers marketing automation, customer relationship management (CRM), asset creation, and analytics tools for constructing personalized campaigns. Nucleus found that Mailchimp customers eliminated integration costs, improved data visibility, and increased time savings executing campaigns by over 4,000 hours per user per year on average.
