SugarCRM customers are taking advantage of the vendor’s investments in integration, mobile development tools, and embedded intelligence to drive greater productivity for users. Nucleus found that those investments, coupled with its industry accelerators, are accelerating time to value and overall payback for SugarCRM customers. Nucleus also found that customers moving from competing applications to Sugar can reduce their annual licensing costs by as much as 50 percent while reducing administrative burdens by one-third.
